1. Appointment Cancellations
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be non-refundable.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking details.
2. Program Cancellations
- Once a nutrition or wellness program has been purchased and access has been granted, it is considered non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
3. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Transaction fees, taxes, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Digital Products & Plans
- All digital materials, diet plans, and downloadable resources are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
